We invite you to come and discover what being a part of the First Baptist Church Family is all about.

We are a church that believes in Family and Community. Sulphur, Oklahoma in the heart of the Arbuckles is a community of 5,000 set in a county with about 12,000. We believe that God's desire is for us to reach out to our community with hope for the hopeless, help for the helpless, and the hand of fellowship for all of those who need a church family. Our desire is for every believer to be involved to a church family.

Our ministries reflect who we are. We seek to minister to men, women, couples, senior adults, middle adults, young adults, youth, children, and preschoolers. We provide opportunities for everyone to become relationally connected to the Lord Jesus, our church and each other, in a meaningful way.

We make decisions every day. Admittedly some of those decisions have little meaning. Even the little ones however do affect others. A simple “no onions” at the appropriate time can certainly change how one might respond to your interest. Picking up the garlic powder and shaking vigorously while cooking can also “deeply move” others and that move is usually away from the one who ate the garlic. Choosing to go when the light is red seems harmless but because the guy with the green light is also “going” it can bring dire consequences. This week we will be looking at the decisions that Moses and his family made and how those decisions affected the lives that were connected to it. See you on Sunday.
